You have the option of working with Impact in three capacities:
Full-Time Staff
Invest your life in the development of a movement to impact the African American community! We need people with a passion to share the gospel and disciple others. Use your skills in administration, computer technology, graphic & web design, writing, accounting, and project management to help provide infrastructure for this growing movement. Staff are equipped to develop a team of sponsors to fund their ministry.
Fellowship (One or Two Year)
A fellowship is designed to provide a one or two year leadership experience (with a review after the first year). Acquire ministry training and receive personal development as you serve the Impact Movement. Fellows are responsible for raising a portion of their ministry expenses and salary.
Impact Affiliate (official local volunteer position)
Make an impact right where you are! Serve through a local Impact chapter, or utilize your skills for special projects, data base mgmt., research/writing, coordinating community ministry activities.
Receive specialized training as an Affiliate each year at either a regional or national Impact venue. You will also report to a supervisor. You can choose to be self-funded or be equipped to develop a team of sponsors who would cover your ministry expenses.
How Do I Choose which is best for me?

Full time Staff
– If you want to minister vocationally full-time, this is for you. You will receive full salary plus savings and pension benefits. You may also begin receiving seminary education in the context of ministry.

Fellowship
– If you’re not sure full-time vocational ministry is for you, this is a great place to experience it first and then make an informed, spirit-led decision. Our recommendation is to do it for two years to get the best overall experience, but there is a one-year option.

Affiliate
– If you can’t come to our national office or you only have limited hours to give you can still have a great impact and be used of God to make a difference. This is for you!
