Thank you for your interest in serving with the Impact Movement.

We stand on the verge of seeing one of the most exciting eras in our history. Our national conference continues to both engage emerging leaders with a vision for change, and to provide practical training to see that vision become a reality. People are launching local chapters across the country, and our existing ones are being served as never before. We are developing strategies to keep those who are beyond college connected with us and investing themselves in the vision. Our strategy is very fruitful, but we have a problem – in the words of Jesus, “the harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few”.

We have been praying for God to raise up men and women who will help fill out the ranks of our team. This will enable us to reach more students, resource more leaders and generally do a better job of stewarding the passion and commitment of our constituents across the country. So, we are grateful for your willingness to consider serving as a part of the Impact Movement.

We also know that this is a serious decision. Our desire is to help you determine or confirm God’s call on your life, and no matter what the outcome, to encourage you to excel still more in your walk with the Lord. May He grant you peace in this process and patience to complete some of the demanding tasks that this sort of evaluation re  quires. Our heart is to make sure that God has an appropriate place for you to serve as a part of this movement.
