The Impact Movement Announces Jimmy McGee as New President
(DECEMBER 19, 2014) — ORLANDO, FL – The Impact Movement Inc. today announced the selection of James McGee III (Jimmy McGee) as the new President of The Impact Movement effective January 2015. The Impact Movement is a 501 (c) 3 international non-profit ministry with a presence on more than 75 college campuses.
McGee, a visionary leader with a global perspective, brings a wealth of experience in campus ministry, diversity and inclusion training, recruitment, sales, and fund development. The organization’s current president, Dr. Charles Gilmer, is working closely with McGee to ensure his transition is a seamless one. Gilmer has led the organization since 2002 and will remain as a member of the Board of Directors.
“It has truly been an honor and a privilege to serve as President of The Impact Movement for the past 12 years,” said Gilmer. “I feel very grateful to have such a successful and highly qualified leader to lead The Impact Movement into its next season. It is blessing to know this ministry will be in wise, experienced, and loving hands going forward.
