Dr. Charles Gilmer is the president of The Impact Movement, Inc. He spent 11 years as the national director of Ethnic Student Ministries for the campus ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ International. Prior to taking that national leadership role, he served in campus ministry at Howard University and the Atlanta University Center. An ordained minister, Dr. Gilmer was honored with a doctor of divinity degree from Carver Bible College in 2006. He and his wife, Rebecca, have six children and reside in Orlando, Fla.
